FlightSim Checklists + Flow-Procedures

This page is dedicated to the checklists/flow-procedures I created for multiple AddOn-aircraft for Microsofts FlightSimulatorX. The checklists/flow-procedures will lead you through complete flights (online at IVAO or offline) from cold+dark through startup, all stages of flight and back to powering down the aircraft or doing a quick turn-around.

  1. Hallo Florian, thanks for your comment. I am planning on doing a checklist for the PMDG 777 and an v6 update for all checklists. Regards, Carsten

  2. Hello, he would be cool if you could put one color of writing for every place.

    Overhead = Red
    Radio = blue

    Otherwise very good job ! 😉

    1. Hi Lorys, thanks for your advice. I will think about it for my next update. It is an interesting idea, despite my feeling that the lists look more “professional” in black and white with just a little blueish parts here and there…

  3. Hello,
    On the point of the professionalism I agree ! I thought more of color on planes really complex like the MD11. It is not rare that I jump points because I don’t know where is the button

    Sorry for my english i’m french

  4. Anything available regarding the 777 Captain by CaptainSim. For me the Electronic Checklist is to slow and cumbersome to operate.

    1. Hello William,
      currently there is no 777-checklist available from myself. If I do one, I will be doing one for the PMDG 777. But all 777s should work the same way, at least if both software companies did their work right and modeled the systems in a realistic manner. Try Google for a 777 checklist, I guess there are some checklists out there. Check this place for any future updates, regards, Carsten

    1. Hi Morten, I don’t know the qwsim 757, but as long as both software companies modelled the systems of the aircraft in the same way, that should be possible. Just give it a try and let us know…

    1. Hi Matt,

      no update so far. Have not even started working on it. Very busy with my work and also my hobbies. I will have to cramp it in sometime. Probably in the wintertime, when I can not go golfing. Sorry to disappoint you. Cheers, Carsten

  5. Hello Carsten!
    Your checklists are wonderful, excellent work! I was wondering if you could make one for the Quality Wings 757. Thanks!

    1. Hi Wes,

      thanks for your feedback. I currently do not work on any new checklist. I just don’t have the time. Too much work and my time off work is reserved for a few other hobbies right now. Probably at a later time. I am always open for you people out there to make a similar checklist for other aircraft. I could provide my PMDG 737 NGX file for you to create your own checklist. I could than host it and would give full credit to your work.

    1. Hi mate, the PMDG 777 checklist should be finished within the next months, I finally installed everything again, with Prepar3d as the new platform.
